Booking Policies

If you have hired Rockwell Talent to provide a DJ or entertainment for your venue or event,

the client acknowledges the following booking policies.

Rockwell Talent DJs Bookings

BOOKING FOR A VENUE:

​Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before the performance date – Reimbursement of all expenses, and 25% of the Booking Fee.

  • Between 10-30 days of the performance date – Reimbursement of all expenses, and 50% of the Booking Fee.

  • Within 10 days of the performance date - Reimbursement of all expenses, and 100% of the Booking Fee.

Music Requests

A written event/music planner or music request list must be received from the Purchaser and forwarded to Rockwell Talent, LLC not less than 7 days prior to the date of the engagement for it to be included in Rockwell Talent, LLC programming outline

Day of Booking Confirmation:

Rate is x 1.5 - 2 times the regular rate

Payment Policies

In the event of non-payment, Rockwell Talent, LLC retains the right to attempt collection through the courts. Purchaser agrees to be held responsible for all court costs, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by Rockwell Talent, LLC. 

Purchaser shall be charged $34 for each returned check.  

It is agreed that Florida law shall control all aspects of this Agreement.

Company Invoice is provided on Monday after, unless otherwise requested.

Payment is expected net10, unless otherwise agreed on prior to the booking.

Payment delivery methods (listed in preference):

  - Cash night of

  - Digital payment sent to company

  - Check mailed to office (Address on invoice)

Accepted payment methods include: 

  - Cash, Check , Zelle, Cash App, Venmo , PayPal (Additional transaction fee applies)

Additional Time Requests

Please note additional hours come with an additional cost. Rates vary on a case-by-case basis.

The parties understand and agree that it may not always be possible to provide additional performances time; Rockwell Talent LLC is under no obligation to accept an offer to purchase additional hours of DJ services. 

MUSIC PROGRAMMING ACCOUNTS:

Booking policies may vary according to event type.

All booking policies are included in the individual agreements.

BOOKING STUDIO SESSIONS:

Studio Policies

  • All clients are required to sign our Premises Waiver prior to their first session. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, furnishings, or facilities during their session.

  • No food or drinks are permitted inside the studio at any time.

  • If anything out of the ordinary occurs during your session, or if you’d like the studio temperature adjusted, please notify a staff member immediately.

Parking Instructions: 

  • Visitor parking is available on the east side of the building (yellow spaces). If you're arriving after 3PM and visitor spots are full, you may use a non-covered “Decal” space (avoid spots under the roof).

Cancellation Policiies

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Paid sessions may be rescheduled based on availability.
